What We Do

Capacity Building

Capacity Building

Capacity Development has been recognized as a precursor for the success and future sustainability of any development project, community group, institution and nation. We strive to enhance the resilience of smallholder farmers by providing continuous support throughout the crop cycle, offering training and knowledge sharing on modern and sustainable agricultural practices to help them thrive in evolving conditions. Our approach includes diverse capacity-building methods such as interactive classroom sessions introducing modern techniques, hands-on on-farm training for practical implementation, field days, and exposure visits to showcase new innovations. These initiatives empower small and marginal farmers by granting them access to vital information and services, leading to increased agricultural productivity, enhanced climate change resilience, optimized resource utilization, and expanded market opportunities. Additionally, we collaborate with experts from Krishi Vigyan Kendra’s, state universities, and district-level departments to educate farmers on the advantages of organic farming and government initiatives in agriculture and related sectors.
